Your Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee all aspects related to human resources. You coordinate all HR-related activities within the Company. You are passionate about people and processes. You handle all employee-related concerns. You improve our current processes and implement new ones. You are great at strategizing and you drive growth in the team.

What You’ll Do

  • Create internal processes related to general Company rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with the People Operations Lead regarding HR-related concerns and activities, including organizational charts, job structures, offboarding, exit interviews, etc.
  • Work closely with the Head of Recruitment on improving the current recruitment process.
  • Oversee the Recruitment team.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all the processes related to human resources.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies and initiatives, systems and processes.
  • Reinforce activities and programs that help with the employees’ personal and professional growth and development.
  • Ensure all employee records are updated.
  • Monitor and manage the probationary and annual performance of employees.
  • Continuously improve and implement internal processes.

What You Should Have

  • 5-7yrs of experience as HR Manager.
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Ability to manage at least 100 people.
  • Excellent verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Excellent project management skills.
  • Ability to solve problems with strategic thinking skills, as well as drive appropriate solutions with self-initiative.
  • Strong collaborative skills to effectively support and connect with a diverse team.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
