We are currently looking for a self-motivated and results-oriented Data Entry Clerk to be the newest member and join our team.

Schedule:

• 8 hours shift

• Monday to Friday

What You’ll Do

  • Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of the organization, both internally and externally
  • Effective customer service skills
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in data entry or equivalent experience in a related field a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Able to quickly and accurately type and enter data; knowledge of touch typing system preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

What You Should Have

  • Transfer data from various sources into the new database
  • Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
  • Update databases or records with new information as it becomes available
  • Correct and modify inaccurate files and records
  • Comply with security backups and regular checks to ensure data is saved and stored properly
  • Organize paper formats, paper backups, and material source files as needed Review PDF's and edit word documents
  • Confirm, corroborate, and remove unnecessary data, or combine data from several sources
  • Survey reports and sheets of data
  • Make Excel templates and questionnaires
  • Data manipulation
  • Reformat documents from Word to Excel and vice versa
