Your Role

Description

You will handle graphic design for our brand and partners’, from creating beautiful landing pages to making meaningful design decisions driven by community feedback and data.

What You’ll Do

  • Translate the brand into digital and social assets, videos, creative content, and an engaging opportunity for community involvement
  • Translate complex ideas and concepts into visually appealing educational materials
  • Support the creative side of pitch projects and support the business development team with creative input, client meetings, presentations, and proposal writings
  • Consolidate research and data to enhance or create beautiful product landing pages
  • Work closely with different teams to deliver on our day-to-day needs for static and video visual creative.
  • Participate as a contributor to an interdisciplinary team that includes other designers, project management, business and brand strategists, and hardware and software developers.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and teamwork
  • Stay updated with new technologies, industry, and design trends and demonstrate a passion for learning.

What You Should Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline or equivalent years of experience
  • Previous work in a startup, marketing agency environment, or NGO
  • A passion for design and people and a strong online portfolio available for viewing
  • Ability to quickly understand, analyze, and respond to client briefs
  • Strong knowledge of design processes and project management
  • High standards for quality in digital and website design and strong attention to detail
  • Able to hit tight deadlines and work with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to consolidate and implement feedback quickly, resolving questions and concerns tactfully and effectively Excellent time management and organizational skills
